Key Responsibilities: Prepare Federal and state corporate, consolidated, partnership, and individual tax returns. Prepare income tax provisions under ASC 740 for corporate taxpayers. Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct and coordinate assessments / evaluations of potential residents and make recommendations for admission in accordance with current rules, regulations, and community policies and procedures that govern resident assessment. Draft initial individualized Service Plans and update as needed. Review service plans with responsible parties and Executive Director as requested by DHS. Ensure continuity of the assisted living residents' total care regimen. Under the direction of the DHS, provide training and education as needed on a range of essential topics including competent medication delivery, acceptable treatments, safety protocols, emergency procedures, accurate record, and state requirements to provide the best possible resident care. Perform all assigned duties accurately and timely including required documentation. Serve as a medication technician, if needed. Provide coverage of job duties within the department during absences, either through assistance in finding coverage, or personal completion of duties. Check vital signs as directed and look for signs that health is deteriorating or improving.
