Minimum of 3 years' experience in CNC machining
Proficient in programming and editing G-code
Strong understanding of geometry and trigonometry
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Familiarity with quality control processes, including First Article Inspection and PPAP
Basic inventory and supply management knowledge
Able to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sheet metal manufacturing
Familiarity with CAM software such as SolidWorks
Understanding of ISO 9001 quality standards
Process improvement experience
Experience with manual mills and lathes
Machines & Tools Used:
CNC Vertical Milling Centers (e.g., Fadal VMC5020A, VMC4020B)
Manual mills and lathes
Measuring tools: calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, depth gauges
