This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you will build a Continuous Improvement program from the ground up, streamline production, and optimize processes across a high-output environment. Key Responsibilities Build Continuous Improvement Programs: Design, implement, and maintain a CI program tailored to a high-production facility. Optimize Layouts & Workflow: Evaluate and refine production floor layouts to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support growth. Drive Process Improvements: Lead projects to remove bottlenecks, improve cycle times, and increase throughput using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma principles. Project Leadership: Manage cross-functional initiatives, integrating new equipment and processes to minimize downtime. Standardize Operations: Develop SOPs, process maps, and best practices to ensure consistent, sustainable results. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Production, Design, and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and seamless implementation of improvements. Champion Change: Act as a change-maker and advocate for continuous improvement throughout the plant.
