Outbound Activity: Execute a high volume of outbound calls (250+ per day) to warm leads, past customers, and prospective households.
Lead Qualification: Use a proven script to engage prospects, identify their current insurance gaps, and determine if they are a fit for our agency.
Warm Transfers: Successfully "live-handshake" interested prospects over to our Licensed Producers to finalize the quote and close the deal.
CRM Management: Utilize AgencyZoom to track all call outcomes, schedule follow-ups, and ensure no lead is left behind.
Pipeline Building: Maintain a consistent flow of "Live Transfers" and "Scheduled Callbacks" to ensure the agency's sales team stays busy.
Product Knowledge: Participate in daily huddles and training sessions to stay sharp on Farmers Insurance products and local market trends in Mower County.
Requirements
