Production Operators follow all SOPs including quality checks and procedures for all operations. Production Operators also follow HACCP & SQF requirements for food quality and safety. Essential Job Duties: Preforms basic machine operations to include operating machines, stacking raw materials, handling finished product cases, preforming quality inspections and making minor machine adjustments. Monitors the flow of outgoing finished goods and corrects any disturbance in the flow of those goods. Cleans equipment and line continually throughout the shift and maintains a clean safe work area. Expedites repairs to the line working with maintenance as necessary. Keeps daily records of downtime and machine operations. Follows SOPs for all operations. Maintains a clean, orderly and safe area at all times. Must follow all established GMP's. Non-Essential Job Duties: Will perform other related work as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager. About you and this role We are looking for a Construction Robot Operator to join our team, bringing robots and automation to the construction industry to create affordable, beautiful, high-quality housing for everyone. This is an exciting and novel role where you'll be responsible for building brick walls with our construction robots. Given that this is a completely new role with novel technology, we naturally don't expect any prior experience. We're looking for people who enjoy working with new technology while (potentially literally) having their feet outside in the mud. Position Overview: Loader Operator As a Loader Operator at Fenix Parts, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations by operating heavy equipment, moving vehicles and equipment throughout the yard, and maintaining inventory integrity. Your work will help ensure the smooth functioning of our recycling processes. Key Responsibilities: * Equipment Operation: Operate heavy equipment, including commercial-sized forklifts with 14-foot forks and standard forklifts. * Yard Management: Move vehicles and equipment throughout the yard, monitor lot inventory and vehicle check-in, and respond to production, warehousing, and transportation needs. * Vehicle Staging: Unload car haulers and stage cars for the inventory department. * Dismantling Support: Support dismantling by bringing unprocessed cars to dismantlers and placing vehicles back in the yard. * Vehicle Crushing: Crush vehicles that have reached their useful life. * Scrap Loading: Load scrap haulers with crushed cars that are ready for final disposal. * Inventory Maintenance: Maintain inventory locations and the integrity of vehicles.
