Our Terminal Operator I is an entry-level, safety-sensitive operations position focused on the general functions of the terminal. Job Qualifications:
Basic computer skills and PC knowledge.
High school diploma/GED.
Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card (where applicable).
Be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time on concrete floors and outside surfaces.
Able to work outside in varying weather conditions, varying cold, hot & humid temperatures.
Manual dexterity; ability to reach; able to bend and move with agility.

The Plant Operator is responsible for the retreading of commercial truck tires through series of manual and automated processes.
The hourly range for this role is minimum wage up to $21.80.
This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be based on experience level.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of the retread manufacturing process to include inspections and evaluation of required tire repair, buffing tires, applying compounds, and curing
Inspect repaired/retreaded tires to determine any defects according to industry standards and specifications and make additional repairs as needed

Maintains standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of plant
