VALUES: Desire to be great Excellent Attitude Hardworking Attention to Detail Motivated Exceptional Customer Service Do TheRight Thing Every time Responsibilities: Operate company provided snow plowing equipment to remove snow and ice from both commercial and residential roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas. Maintain accurate records of plowing routes, hours worked, and materials used. Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding conditions, equipment issues, and completed tasks. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure safe operations of equipment. Maintaining good attendance and arriving as promptly as possible for each snow event you are called for. Hours will typically be between 11:00pm to 8:00am. We are also hiring a few daytime operators. Please note: hours and times could fluctuate more or less based on routes, snow event, and/or weather conditions. Requirements: Must have reliable transportation to and from loader location. Previous experience operating salt spreader or similar heavy machinery preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety. Must be 18 years or older to work nighttime hours. Keep in Mind: A seasonal winter position can easily lead to a seasonal spring or full-time position. Please let us know if you are looking for year-round employment.
