Performs preventative maintenance servicing of equipment as required. Ensures equipment is locked out before repair work begins. Conducts Mill service, PM's and assists Maintenance with minor repairs of equipment as directed. Produces and loads materials as established by the Plant Manager or Production Manager. Inspects incoming raw materials on trucks before unloading occurs. Fills out paperwork such as: batch records, plant orders, sample bags, lift truck inspection reports, etc. Keeps work area, warehouse and outside of plant in a neat and orderly condition following GMP guidelines. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and move 50 lbs (constantly throughout shift if packaging) for an entire shift, must be able to frequently ascend and descend ladders using 3 points of contact, climb stairs on and off a forklift, must operate a forklift using hand and foot controls and occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and crawl.
