POSITION SUMMARY
Under general supervision, will perform work as needed to clean, maintain and prepare for events at the facility. Duties include skilled and semi-skilled tasks, often requiring heavy lifting and a high degree of physical exertion. Must be the age of 18 or older and out of High School.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Assist with set-up/conversions and event preparations.
Perform various duties to ensure the operations of the facility are met. These include but are not limited to loading/unloading delivery trucks and transporting trash and waste to proper disposal area.

Maintain, clean and inventory all tools and equipment.
Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Properly placing pallets in place to feed machine
Enter commands to start machine, watch and follow sequences and monitors for malfunctions, errors and obstructions that may interfere with proper operation. Correct machine settings using preprogrammed settings, or correcting obstructions and sensor activity.
Prepare proper production forms or reports noting weight of product using NEMO -computerized inventory system

Controls weights and traceability of product, bags pallet with correct liners, supplies slip sheets and fills liquid containers with charcoal or red dye.
Checks and controls label information and operates traceability system.

Ability to learn and operate the automated palletizer machine or manual palletizing process. Process may include:
Properly placing pallets in place to feed machine
Enter commands to start machine, watch and follow sequences and monitors for malfunctions, errors and obstructions that may interfere with proper operation. Correct machine settings using preprogrammed settings, or correcting obstructions and sensor activity.
Prepare proper production forms or reports noting weight of product using NEMO -computerized inventory system
Changes wrap film, removes waste from conveyors, checks pallet quality and loads pallet stacking station.
Controls weights and traceability of product, bags pallet with correct liners, supplies slip sheets and fills liquid containers with charcoal or red dye.
Checks and controls label information and operates traceability system.

ACS Operators will safely perform hot refueling operations utilizing the fixed direct refueling station.
Comply with all federal, state, and local laws to include proper safety equipment use.
Log aircraft servicing utilizing an Electronic Point of Sale Device or physical equivalent.
Perform visual fuel samples.
Inspect fueling systems for leaks and discrepancies prior to operation.

Qualifications
The ACS Operator must be familiar with operating fixed fuel facilities, inspections, and direct refueling operations. Must be knowledgeable on aircraft servicing operations. Perform these operations in accordance with NAVAIR 00-80T-109.
Must be available during normal business hours M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm. Occasional weekend shift.

Maintain a valid Driver's License
Ability to possess/maintain a favorable Tier 3 Investigation.
