Your main responsibilities as a Production Technician:
Using general application of principles, support activities to ensure GMP readiness for clinical manufacturing, including but not limited to equipment procurement, installation and qualification, facility qualification, and technology transfer.
Perform operational tasks within a cleanroom environment in a manner consistent with safety policies, quality systems, and cGMP requirements.
Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documents for manufacturing processes.
Set up manufacturing areas and equipment, including complex automated cell processing equipment.
Follow all cleaning and gowning procedures for the facility.
What we are looking for in a Production Technician:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience with a High School Diploma or a BS/BA in a relevant science or engineering discipline.

As part of the core operations team, the Operator ensures signal integrity, supports live programming, and participates in the execution of high-profile events. This position is part of our Flex Workforce over evenings, holidays & overnights.

(Specific schedules will vary by project and client engagement.) Responsibilities: Live Broadcast & Network Operations
Monitor the health and continuity of all live programming, including performing and confirming FAX checks with trucks and downstream takers.
Operate all assigned broadcast equipment and software within the BOC to maintain live transmission and signal flow.
Serve as the first line of defence for any signal interruption or discrepancy, collaborating with the client and the Live Broadcast Operations Supervisor to restore service promptly.
Provide technical support for live streams, ensuring visual and audio quality meet distribution standards.
Assist in coordinating the launch, routing, and takedown of live events, including sports, entertainment, and tentpole programming.
Document and log live event milestones, issues, and resolutions with clarity and accuracy.
Computer Literacy
Demonstrated ability to efficiently navigate and utilize a wide range of digital tools and platforms.

Issue Management & Troubleshooting
Identify, diagnose, and escalate issues quickly to the Supervisor or Engineering/Operations teams based on severity.
Support in-depth troubleshooting of broadcast and transmission systems, including IP-based video, cloud-based tools, and hybrid workflows.
Track anomalies and provide detailed notes and data to support post-event reviews and incident reports.
Technical Operations Support
Maintain proficiency with the clients evolving broadcast platforms, infrastructure, and third-party tools.
Participate in regular training and certifications to stay current with standards and workflow updates.
Support cross-functional projects and special coverage, including high-priority or sensitive programming.
Collaboration & Communication
Coordinate in real-time with the Live Broadcast Supervisor, Coordinators, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful executions.
Maintain clear and professional communication during live operations, including high-pressure and rapid-response situations.
Document shift turnover notes and communicate key issues to incoming operators to ensure continuity.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in broadcast operations, live production, or master control environments.
Proficient in using Slack for team communication, configuring and managing multiple desktops, efficiently handling numerous browser tabs, responding to alert-based monitoring, and working quickly with custom software tools.
Demonstrated experience managing live video workflows using AWS Elemental Live and MediaConnect, with proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting through AWS CloudWatch dashboards.
Proven ability to operate in a 24/7 Broadcast Operations Center or equivalent live operations setting, ideally within entertainment or streaming.
Strong technical understanding of signal flow, digital audio/video fundamentals, and compression formats.
Experience operating or monitoring tools such as waveform monitors, vectorscopes, encoders, intercom systems, and playout servers.
Familiarity with transport and streaming protocols such as SDI, SMPTE-2110, RTP, RTMP, SRT, Zixi.
Experience with monitoring platforms and cloud-based broadcast systems (e.g., TAG Video Systems, AMPP, Zixi Broadcaster).
Ability to work independently under pressure while remaining calm, responsive, and detail-focused.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, as required by broadcast schedules.
