Job Description The Equipment Operator will work collaboratively with the Laborers and Foreman for completion of jobsite activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ability to operate various pieces of heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, rollers, backhoes, etc. Use various pieces of equipment to perform fine grading and finishing, sloping, and banking, backfilling, demolition, ditching, loading, excavating, and stockpiling.
