Trained and qualified to perform work on the following laboratory equipment for solution testing: (Including calibration) pH meter - pH levels Chlorine meter - Chlorine levels Perform written and verbal communication with Quality Assurance and Manufacturing personnel using process measurement data recorded in Quality Windows and Out-of-Specification (OOS) variable/attribute testing when necessary. Place all non-conforming items on hold using Tufco's Hold/Reject process. Assist in the root cause determination, corrective action taken, and documentation process. Comply with all processes and procedures for all applicable regulatory agencies. Proper handling and disposal of chemicals and understanding the GHS codes Understand and comply with all lockout/tag-out procedures. Perform cycle counting to ensure that inventory records match the physical count and collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain proper stocking and organization of inventory. Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required Proficiency with computers and calculators Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
