Position Overview
We're actively seeking experienced CNC Mill Operators to join our high-performance team. In this role, you will program and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines to produce complex tooling components with extreme precision. From complete setup and part alignment to close collaboration with our CAM team and shop floor, you'll play a key role in ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Program and run multi-axis CNC milling machines
Perform setups and alignments with minimal supervision
Communicate with CAM programmers and fellow machinists to coordinate job status and priorities
Produce high-tolerance components using the most efficient machining strategies
Select tooling, speeds, and feeds for optimal results
Maintain an organized, detail-oriented approach to part completion
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
Experience with PC operation and G-code programming
Safety-conscious with effective communication and teamwork skills

This is a seasonal, on-call position that will only be called to duty during city winter weather events. Shifts are 12 hours and will typically be nights from 9pm-9am or 10pm - 10am.
