Set up machinery for jobs to run efficiently with all parts checked to blueprint and job order. Operate machinery efficiently while maintaining 1st piece inspection on all parts, all 1st piece inspections are checked to the job order and blueprint. Demonstrate timely communication of needed materials. Responsible for the safety of the equipment he/she is using. Responsible for notifying supervisor of any and all repairs needed. Recognize obvious defective or damaged parts, incorrect sizes, faulty workmanship and general quality. Double check job order to finished part. Must be able to follow directives and procedures and complete paperwork. Ensure no material is used or moved unless it has a part number on it. All counts must be consistently accurate.
