Position Summary:
The General Production Labor role operates manufacturing equipment to produce high quality food and beverage products in a safe and effective manner.
We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift!
Pay rate starts at $19.96.
Where You'll Work
This role will be based out of our 24/7 manufacturing facility in Lawton, MI.
What You'll Do:
Operate equipment to meet department goals
Move, organize, and stage ingredients
Produce documentation to verify safety, quality, and production standards
Observe operations to ensure schedules and quality standards are met
Submit reports summarizing daily production
Inspect and test production line set-ups to ensure proper equipment operation
Check production equipment daily for proper cleaning and safe operation
Clean and sanitize production facilities and equipment
Follow the Plant Safety Program, GMP requirements and both people & food safety protocols
Ensure enough supplies and ingredients for production schedules
Perform other duties as assigned

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Chemical Operator is responsible for the set up and operation of production equipment in their assigned production area used to produce microencapsulated products in a safe and efficient manner. Operate company provided snow plowing equipment to remove snow and ice from both commercial and residential roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas.
Maintain accurate records of plowing routes, hours worked, and materials used.
