Responsibilities:
Continuously checks for print and seam quality.
Removes defective material and splices the roll web back together per the specification.
Utilizes a ruler, safety knife, and hole punch during splicing procedure (tools are used at other times as necessary).
Handles rolls and palletizes them accordingly as to not cause damage to them.
Must understand basic printing and seam related defects.
Recording and entering data on designated paperwork as well as in the company operation system (Globetek).
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide to figure label counts and conversions. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to use simple Windows-based applications.
The physical demands require standing, using hands to finger, feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. This position requires frequent walking. Occasionally employee is required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision requirements are close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

* Check and accurately record cheese PH per guidelines.
* Periodically inspect to ensure cheese is not stringing.

* Keep the outside of the equipment clean and change gaskets as needed.
Cooker, salter, and RMC Operation
* Understand all the controls of the cooker, salter, and RMC, PLC, and operation of the equipment.
* Understand how to clean all the equipment properly.
* Ensure cookers are hooked up for production and ready to receive cheese.
* Watch the cooker and cheese condition as it exits the cooker; ensuring that it is properly melted and has good stretch.
* Monitor the RMC and cooker; ensuring temperatures are adjusted properly and Loaf sizes are the proper weight to meet customer specification and fill orders.
* Help with the changeover of hoops (forms) on the RMC to accommodate the type of cheese being made.

Requirements
To be considered, we have the following requirements:
Must have Current CDL Class A license
Able to work in confined spaces and open trenches
Able to operate backhoe digging to depths up to 8 feet
Operate loader / skid steer
Construction experience in both residential and commercial environment
Must have at least 2 years' experience
Must be able to work in all areas of the state
