Complete Machine Operator Front and Machine Operator Back training d. Operate pallet jack e. Achieve walk behind electric stacker certification, operate, and perform and record inspections f. Achieve lockout/tagout certification 2. Area of Responsibility: a. Responsible for up to 5 (five) thermoformers when carrying out Front responsibilities b. Responsible for up to 8 (eight) thermoformers when carrying out Back responsibilities c. Responsible for up to 3 (three) thermoformers when carrying out Front and Back responsibilities 3. Maintain workflow, as to not disrupt production; reducing downtime: a. Stock machine centers with raw materials b. Monitor staged material stock levels c. Perform plastic roll change d.
