Who are we looking for
These roles are focused on the operational delivery of our football gameday services in major cities across the US. It is a unique blend of sport performance, technology, and operations in a fast-paced and thrilling environment. Successful candidates will, as part of a team, assist with the smooth operational execution of game day services using smart ball and player tracking technology. The role will include system installation, live system operation and ensuring smooth operational processes to the highest possible standard.
The ideal candidate is a football fan that appreciates the value that technology brings to the sporting arena. You will be interested in how data can be used, especially with respect to analysis and data. You will be able to work confidently and independently in potentially 'high pressure' situations, where time, accuracy and having pride in your work is important. Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas
Stagehand Responsibilities
Assist with loading/unloading trucks and moving gear into venues.
Assemble and disassemble staging, risers, platforms, and barricades.
Set up and strike lighting, audio, video, and scenic elements under department leads.
Handle cable management, power distribution, and equipment placement.
Provide on-the-ground support for riggers, technicians, and production managers.
Follow all venue and company safety guidelines.
Stagehand Qualifications
Prior experience in live events or theater production preferred but not required.
Able to lift and carry heavy equipment (50lbs+).
Push/pull heavy cases and stand for long periods.
Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Rigger Responsibilities
Safely install and dismantle rigging systems including motors, trusses, chain hoists, and hardware.

Operate rigging control systems during load-ins, shows, and load-outs.

Achieves maximum productivity by meeting and/or exceeding established productivity standards.
Adheres to all safety and company standards and rules to include but not limited to hard hat and safety vest use as directed. Ensures all safety rules are adhered to by co-workers and customers, reports any safety violations to supervisor.
Continuously monitors the equipment to ensure proper operation and minimal down time. Cleans tracks or wheels on equipment.
Performs and documents minor service on equipment and performs and documents a post-trip/post use inspection of the equipment.
Completes Equipment Condition Report and reports any necessary repairs to supervisor and/or Maintenance Shop. Completes other required forms.
Ensures that equipment is properly cleaned, serviced, and stored at the end of each shift.
Performs pre-operation and post-operation inspection of the equipment, and ensures windows, lights, mirrors, and rear-view camera are
