About the Role

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for operating our AmbiStack systems at a critical customer site during a six-month evaluation period.
This role serves the customer as the primary point of contact for field issues with robotic equipment, supports system installations, coordinates with remote engineers for debugging and improvements, operates forklifts safely and efficiently, and collaborates with the Ambi Engineering team to enhance the product.
The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, and goes above and beyond to exceed expectations.Installation begins 11/10/25 and project is expected to be completed 06/30/2026.In this role you will:
Participate in assembly/installation of gantry palletizing system
Enable and monitor AmbiStack machines as they palletize boxes
Use a forklift to relocate pallets/containers once filled
Take primary ownership of the site as the customer point-of-contact
Schedule, track, and perform preventative maintenance
Report abnormalities to the development team
Build and maintain reactive technical support processes
Lead and contribute to support team projects
You are a good fit if you have:
product support engineering experience in electro-mechanical hardware and software systems
Working knowledge of Google Suite, Asana, Slack, Jira, and hardware and software principles
Basic technical skills for software, mechanical, and electrical engineering
Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and customer communication experience
Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action and strong follow through
Forklift Operator Certification
