RiverBend Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center located in Springfield, OR, we are the largest hospital between Portland, Oregon and Sacramento, California. Practice Highlights:
* 12 hour shifts
* Rounding on patients, seeing patients in the Trauma follow-up clinic, ICU and consults.
* Working with a team of 8 Surgeons and 5 APCs to coordinate and share the workload.

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $351,000 - $897,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
