Responsibilities
What will you do?
Under the direction of a Physician or Lead Physician, the Nurse Practitioner or Physican Assistant collaborates with physicians to provide comprehensive assessment, treatment and evaluation of patients in an outpatient clinic setting; healthcare services provided include care during acute and chronic phases of illness, education and counseling of individuals and referral to other healthcare providers and community resources when appropriate. Responsible for coordination of care for clinic patients.
Some of the Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Performs history and physical examinations on new and return patients; establishes presumptive diagnosis; establishes the general workup of the patient by ordering appropriate laboratory studies and testing.
Works in collaboration with physician in formulating treatment plans for health problems and follow-up.
Conducts comprehensive or episodic health assessments and develops patient care plans within clinical nursing practice and medical care protocols. Reviews, assesses patient medications.
Evaluates outcomes of care delivered to patients and initiates changes in the nursing approach accordingly.
Triages clinic patient calls. Notify physician of need and follow up with patient according to provider instructions as necessary.
Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
NP - Current Ohio Registered Nursing License.
Master's degree in nursing and successful completion of an acceptable Nurse Practitioner education program, or Physician Assistant Program
Certification to include Prescriptive Authority.
Knowledge of triage procedures along with clinic, physician office and/or urgent care experience.
Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
Knowledge of appropriate procedures and standards for the administration of medications and patient care aids.
Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and/or families as to the nature of disease and to provide instruction on proper care and treatment.
Ability to convey information both in writing and verbally. High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

Responsibilities
The Revenue Cycle Representative uses knowledge of invoices, claims, insurance billing, collections and medical terminology in order to complete multiple tasks related to insurance billing. Acts as a liaison between the physician, insurance companies and third parties by processing and verifying invoices, ensuring payment of claims and reviewing insurance reimbursements. Responsible for the tracking of claims throughout the Revenue Cycle and specifically the billing process to identify problem areas and to determine a course of action in resolving aging claims. Qualifications

Detects malfunctions and disease states of patient during diagnostic exam, determining anatomy and variability from patient-to-patient to optimize the ultrasound tools required to obtain technically satisfactory images.
Acts within ARDMS scope of practice, utilizes independent, professional judgment to adapt procedure plan to optimize exam results.
Clearly translates data from exam into written report for physician interpretation.
Consults with physician regarding preliminary findings prior to the physician's interpretation, including special considerations and measurements. Contact covering physician if urgent findings are present.
Assures timely scheduling of urgent/add-on exams.
Provides education to the patient and/or family pertaining to the exam.
Ensures proper maintenance (wiping/cleaning) of equipment and willingness to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Evaluates and recommends new products and equipment when discovered by attending conferences or reading journals.

Responsibilities
What will you do?
Under the direction of a Physician or Lead Physician, the Nurse Practitioner or Physican Assistant collaborates with physicians to provide comprehensive assessment, treatment and evaluation of patients in an outpatient clinic setting; healthcare services provided include care during acute and chronic phases of illness, education and counseling of individuals and referral to other healthcare providers and community resources when appropriate. Responsible for coordination of care for clinic patients.
Some of the Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Performs history and physical examinations on new and return patients; establishes presumptive diagnosis; establishes the general workup of the patient by ordering appropriate laboratory studies and testing.
Works in collaboration with physician in formulating treatment plans for health problems and follow-up.
Conducts comprehensive or episodic health assessments and develops patient care plans within clinical nursing practice and medical care protocols. Reviews, assesses patient medications.
Evaluates outcomes of care delivered to patients and initiates changes in the nursing approach accordingly.
Qualifications
Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
At least 2 years experience in primary care preferred.
NP - Current Ohio Registered Nursing License.
Master's degree in nursing and successful completion of an acceptable Nurse Practitioner education program, or Physician Assistant Program
Certification to include Prescriptive Authority.
Knowledge of triage procedures along with clinic, physician office and/or urgent care experience.
Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
Knowledge of appropriate procedures and standards for the administration of medications and patient care aids.
Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and/or families as to the nature of disease and to provide instruction on proper care and treatment.
Ability to convey information both in writing and verbally. High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
Analytical ability and critical thinking to gather and interpret data and develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
Pay Range USD $103,725.00 - USD $165,038.00 /Yr.

Purpose: This position is responsible for the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of the Epic Resolute PB module to meet our healthcare organization's billing and revenue cycle requirements. This role offers the opportunity to improve financial outcomes and patient satisfaction by optimizing billing processes and technology.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize expertise to support new and existing applications. Configure code, test and troubleshoot existing programs. Analyze end user data and business needs to assure user- orientation and optimal program/system performance
Proactively initiates and participates in IT workflow definition and monitoring of processes including 1) Incident and Problem Management, 2) IT Service Request and Task Management, 3) Change Control Management and 4) IT Project Management
Accurately and efficiently work to provide application workflow and functional analysis, build and configuration, unit and integrated testing, and plans for transition to application ongoing support.
Understands workflows with the objective to meet business needs.
Effectively test all code and programs prior to releasing them to the quality assurance (QA) team. Resolve all test issues in a timely manner. Respond to all inquiries and issues in a timely manner as the developed code/program moves through the testing process and ultimately into production. Provide implementation/production support as required.
Evaluate and understand dependencies between applications to understand if making a change in one application would have a negative impact in another application. Use knowledge of assigned application(s) to help resolve issues and drive optimal business solutions.
Maintain up-to-date application knowledge and understanding of how the business uses the applications in their workflows. Partner with the others to gather requirements and goals to drive optimal solutions.
Evaluate, troubleshoot and lead root-cause analysis for production issues and system failures; determine corrective action and improvements to prevent recurrence. Provide implementation/production support as required.
Proactively provide subject matter expertise regarding assigned application(s) to other members of the technology and business teams to ensure quality and minimize impact on other applications and business processes.
Proactively share knowledge and collaborate with IT teams to ensure quick and effective responses to customer needs.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or combination of education and related work experience, equaling 5 years.
Basic understanding of the Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC).
Demonstrated working knowledge and expertise of healthcare processes and application system coordination.
EPIC certification is required (either upon employment acceptance or obtained within 6 months of employment in position).
