Ā· Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.

Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
Stooping/Bending
Ā· Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
Ā· Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.
Ā· Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.
Ā· Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching/Squatting
Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
Reaching
Ā· Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward.
Ā· Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves.
Ā· Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes.
Ā· Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.
Hand Tasks
Ā· Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day.
Ā· Frequently activities require use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
Ā· Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter.
Ā· Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.

* Your starting pay will be $13.00-$14.00 depending on your skills and experience.
* This is a Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
You'll perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. The retail merchandiser position consists of three major components:
* Day-to-day engagement: Utilizing a mobile device provided by Hallmark, you'll restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department. The use of technology is critical in this role, for the day-to-day work as well as communication with your supervisor, reporting time, providing feedback, and answering surveys for required merchandising activities. Professional and courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers is also vital for success in this role. You are responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores.
* Holiday support: Hallmark's operations revolve around seasonal demand. Leading up to and following holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, you can expect additional days and extended hours during the work week. On occasions like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day, you may be required to work on the actual holiday itself, which may include the weekend.
* Department Resets: At times, you may be part of a team responsible for installations and various tasks like building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, as well as resetting card sections. Typically, you will be notified two weeks in advance for remodel assignments. This could include evenings or weekend.
* One Team Vision: As part of Hallmark's field organization, you are part of a network of merchandisers professionals that often times will support other team members as needed in their territories.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You will be working on the selling floor as well as in back stockrooms. You must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You will also be required to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday, and you may be required to climb stairs and step ladders.

Position Summary: This position is an integral and critical part of the treatment and discharge plan for the patients on the Psychiatric Services Program of Larned State Hospital. The mission is to provide inpatient mental health care and treatment to adult clients in the LSH catchment area; to provide inpatient evaluation, care and mental health treatment, and substance abuse services in a controlled and secure environment; to improve mental health services to the public in collaboration with community based mental health providers by providing services that include mental health awareness, education and coordinated services and; and to provide quality support services to state agencies in the surrounding area. The Social Worker Specialist is responsible for gathering and documenting information regarding the patients' treatment, progress, and discharge planning. Social Workers are the primary liaisons to families as well as the community resources, relaying information to the team in written form as well as verbally. Social workers coordinate placement for patients to ensure that patients are released to the least restrictive environment possible, without endangering safety.
Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Social Work Duties:
* Make collateral contacts (i.e. courts, CMHC's, KDADs, CDDO's, and legitimately involved others) to gather and share information pertinent to the patient's treatment, maintaining professional standards of confidentiality.

Position Summary & Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse must be able to demonstrate the knowledge of skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patients served. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principals of growth and development and possess the ability to assess and interpret data to identify age specific needs. Participates in Natural Work Teams and/or Quality Action Teams. The purpose is to provide specialized professional nursing supervision and coordination of quality patient care by fostering therapeutic relationships, active treatment and supporting the hospital in the pursuit of the LSH Strategic Plan.
Employees working under general direction usually receive some instructions with respect to the details of most assignments given both orally and in writing, but are free to develop their own sequences within the scope of established nurse practices, policies and procedures. The position involves functional leadership responsibilities, and performs essentially the same or similar work as those overseen. Employees exercise a moderate amount of independent judgment, provide training and instructing, and perform work performance review of others.
Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Provides/delegates patient care and the documentation of behavioral and physical changes.
* Performs admission procedures utilizing nursing assessment and process.
* Provides patient education and completes the discharge process.
* Receives and provides shift change report.
* Completes nursing assessment and initiates nursing care on all patients considered high acuity and/or high risk.
* Notes changes in behavioral and /or physical conditions, and responds and documents appropriately.
* Reports findings as indicated to appropriate personnel.
* Prepares, administers, and documents medication and treatments according to physician orders and established policy & procedure, when required.
* Utilizes knowledge of medication effects and side effects to assess its effectiveness.
* Accepts and records verbal orders from Medical Staff per procedure, and approves the administration of PRNs.
* Assesses and documents patient response to prescribed pain management medication.
* Sets up appointments, travel and escorts per Medical Staff orders.
Plans nursing interventions, and makes nursing care recommendations.
* Assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements & evaluates patient care.
* Monitors/records vital signs regarding individual's physical and mental condition, and reports significant findings to medical staff.
* Observes and assesses patient's needs and documents pertinent data and reactions to nursing intervention via progress notes and Integrated Progress Notes.
* Plans patient goals/objectives, documents according to established guidelines and incorporates into the Computerized Integrated Treatment Plan.
* Determines the necessity for and initiates nursing care related to physical and psychiatric needs, which may include the recording of intake & output or special precautions, and providing treatment for minor illnesses and injuries.
* Interacts with individuals in a therapeutic manner, providing guidance, direction and support for appropriate behavior, activities and life processes.
* Encourages patients to develop an understanding of their treatment goals and apply identified treatment strategies.
* Identifies teaching opportunities, providing timely instruction in conflict resolution, problem solving, stress management, medication awareness and social skills.
* Provides blood glucose monitoring when required, with the Precision-G machine.
* Performs other technical nursing skills as required.
Maintains a safe, secure and therapeutic environment
* Demonstrates good personal hygiene and follows infection control guidelines, including frequent hand hygiene.
* Provides for safety and accountability of patients on living units, at meals, in classrooms, at work sites, during activities, and in program and hygiene areas.
* Ensures periodic checks are provided for patients requiring special precautions per LSH and Nursing policy and procedures.
* Intervenes to prevent injury to patients or others per de-escalation techniques, using MANDT approved procedures.
* Coordinates the security of items that pose a safety/security risk, searches for contraband as indicated by LSH and Nursing policy & procedures, and reports/documents any threats of patient safety/security.
* Responds to crisis situations on unit or other areas as needed.
* Coordinates sitter nursing services for patients hospitalized in other facilities.
* Protects confidentiality of PHI by following HIPAA regulations.
* Monitors emergency equipment per nursing procedure.
* Assures that staff know assigned patient goals and objectives.
* Serves as a resource person to nursing staff members, students and other employees
* Presents self as a professional image/role model to direct care staff and others
* Must obtain/maintain current cardiopulmonary resuscitation for healthcare providers.
Communication, Team Work and Process Improvement

Qualifications
Licensing & Certification: Anyone authorized to practice as a Registered Nurse by the Kansas State Board of Nursing.
Minimum Qualifications:
* At the time of the appointment the selected employee must possess a Kansas license/temporary permit ,or be given authority to practice as a Registered Nurse by the Kansas State Board of Nursing.
* Requires an approved drug test approved by the Kansas Department of Administration unless the incumbent is moving from one safety-sensitive position to another safety-sensitive position within the same agency performing substantially similar duties.
* CPI Certification within one month of employment and maintain certification throughout employment
* CPR Certification within 60-days of employment and maintain certification throughout employment
