Experience with CDL regulated vehicles required
Perform basic daily maintenance on equipment (training provided)

A valid Class B license with air brake endorsement is required

Fulton County Processing, a Heidtman Steel company, is looking for dedicated team members to join our facility in Delta, OH. We are currently seeking experienced overhead crane operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
All Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 7am - 3pm
2nd Shift: 3 PM - 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7:00 AM
Responsibilities include:
Safely operate remote overhead crane, forklifts, and combi lifts to load and unload trucks
Store finished goods in the warehouse
Maintain accurate inventory records
Receive incoming materials and enter them into the computer system
Stage loads, band materials, and generate tags
Inspect coils for correct gauge, width, and any visible damage
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
Previous experience operating remote overhead crane and forklifts required.
Ability to read micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools

Duties and Responsibilites
The Extrusion Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. This job description is reflective of tasks that will be performed in a variety of departments.
Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units
May support the window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows
Perform any workstation function using hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers
Understand and carry out verbal instructions
Read and carry out simple written instructions
Read work orders, labels, and schedules
Use a tape measure (will be asked to read measurements during the interview), inspect, examine, and observe for product defects
Make fraction and decimal conversions
Operate any equipment needed to perform a job
Perform other duties as assigned
Provide on-the-job training to new employees
Qualifications

This role also supports plant cleanliness and operations by performing general labor duties, including shoveling scrap material, cleaning work areas, and assisting with equipment such as loaders when needed. Key Responsibilities
Operate front end loader to move, load, and unload scrap metal, pallets, and other materials.
Accurately recording weights on production sheets.
Dumping material in correct bin/location based on production running assigned to by plant managers and supervisors.
Assist with yard and plant organization by staging and stacking materials safely.
Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Support plant cleanup by shoveling scrap, sweeping, and removing debris to maintain a safe working environment.

Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations, including proper use of PPE.

What you will do:
Set-up and operate machines, load/unload parts, and communicate changes and results (in writing and verbally) while adhering to a strict time schedule
Inspect and verifies conformance of finished workpiece to customer specifications, using precision measuring tools and equipment as necessary (micrometers, calipers, gauges (pin, thread, indicator, height), optical comparators and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
Good mechanical aptitude and some "shop math" is required. Ability to add and subtract decimals

Job PurposeThe Operator IV - Ozone Operator is responsible for safely operating, monitoring, and adjusting ozone process equipment to support daily production. This role ensures the system runs within safe operating limits, meets product quality standards, and complies with all company policies and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Operations• Start up and shut down ozone equipment in accordance with operating procedures, production schedules, and plant conditions• Monitor operating parameters and make process adjustments to maintain safe, efficient, and stable ozone production• Complete routine field rounds to inspect tanks, piping, valves, instrumentation, compressors, and ozone generation equipment• Identify abnormal conditions and take corrective action or escalate to supervision or maintenance as needed• Communicate operational status to incoming shifts and leadership
Safety• Follow all plant safety policies and procedures as outlined in the SH&E manual• Wear proper PPE at all times, including respiratory protection when required• Complete monthly safety training and participate in safety meetings• Support Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and hazard identification activities• Immediately report safety concerns, near misses, or equipment issues
Quality• Collect samples for testing and use quality results to make adjustments• Maintain knowledge of ISO 9001 policies and procedures related to ozone production• Participate in ISO audits when requested
Administrative / Housekeeping• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe control room and work area• Complete production logs, shift documentation, and handoff summaries accurately• Follow established procedures for lockout/tagout, confined space, and work permits
Work Schedule• Must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
