Pick, Pull, Stage, support Kanban rack materials based on the production schedule or Parts Orders backlog using FIFO.
Deliver materials to production areas based on production schedules, Kanban racks or requisitions where pick lists do not exist using FIFO. All requisitions require job numbers.
Identify and report overstocking, material shortages, discrepant material, scrap, quality concerns etc.
Perform inventory transactions as the material moves.
Contact appropriate members of management in an effort to consciously identify potential problems/ concerns as it pertains to their specific job requirements
Enter inventory transactions into ERP system via computer, scanner or other electronic devices as required when the material moves.
Suggest continual Improvement opportunities while performing various tasks within the plant.
Perform audits, visual inspections, verifications, cycle counts as required by management.
Must be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance with regard to material handling.
Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor/team lead.

Remove finished palletized product from the end of the manufacturing line and deliver to the crating area.
Crate, weigh, measure, scan and label each pallet transport to staging area or load onto trailer.
Identify and report any concerns either quality or as it pertains to their specific job requirements etc.
Operate machinery pertinent to completing the tasks at hand. i.e. Forklift, Stand-up, Pallet Jack, Reach Trucks.
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations

Job Summary: Performs the inspection duties on materials received and moves materials to and from production areas to ensure an efficient production flow through the plant. Verifies prescribed accuracy levels within assigned inventory locations. Perform inventory transactions, including transfer and location audits.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The main function of this position is to support operations, shipping, receiving and the process areas to move, load, or unload materials by hand or using a variety of material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, electric pallet jack, wrapping machinery, etc.).
INTERACTION:
· Must be able to communicate and cooperate with Supervisors, Department Managers, and coworkers within the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
· Consistently move cartons weighing up to 50lbs
· Achieve target performance metrics - variable based on work process area
· Complete daily production sheets, product labels and work orders by loading, unloading, sort, count and stack merchandise onto pallet.
· Able to scan carton, store pallet location, secure pallet and move merchandise to verification process.
· Able to safely operate pallet jack, electric pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
· Ensure the Daily Truck Inspection Checklist is completed; prior to operating an Electric Pallet Jack.
· Adhere to Bealls safety rules and regulations. Incidents, accidents and/or near miss must be reported within 24 hours to Supervisor, Department Manager or Safety Team.
· Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
· May be required to perform other processing functions or assist in other departments as needed.

· Must have good vision, speech, hearing and physical ability to perform essential job functions.
· Must have good awareness of surroundings.
· Must be able to work in moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, confined spaces (i.e., semi-trailer) and/or loud noises.
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time on Stand up forklift.
· Must have full body rotation and mobility (i.e., bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, etc.) to perform essential job functions.
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. necessary to handle/move cartons of merchandise.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· Must be able to demonstrate equipment proficiency within the training period.
Must be able to work flexible hours, prioritized work to business needs and adapt to changing work environment.
Must be able to handle cleaning equipment (broom, mop, duster, etc.) used for maintaining cleanliness.
Accurately complete basic math skills.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
· Annual performance appraisal administered by Leadership.
· Attainment of annual goals
· Maintain minimum productivity expectations of 100 percent

Responsible for notifying supervisor of, product issues.
Treat product so as to minimize damage occurrences.
Responsible for housekeeping at the in your work area, as well as, all associated grounds.
Ability to work well with teams and alone.
Inspect warehouse for maintenance issues; keep area clean and well maintained.
Able to operate forklift to move material from one location to another.
Capable of lifting 50 pounds.
Adhered to all safety and operational practices.
