This position will perform routine and specialized painting projects to maintain the condition and appearance of Seabury's buildings and facilities. Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary
Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and special protective coatings to achieve the desired color, consistency, and drying properties
Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks
Inspect paint jobs for quality
Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in residential painting would be preferred, but is not a must.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
