Establish and maintain a good working relationship with team members, vendors, general contractors etc. Determine the best method to complete the job based on customer requirements and meet with Lead/Superintendent to review work orders instructions. Conduct equipment check and ensure equipment is functioning. Verify materials and equipment and supplies needed. Follow and ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures and safety requirements are adhered to. Reviews, maintains, and enforces job site safety, completes site safety plans and fall protection plans (where appropriate). Accurately report all work time and work functions.
