Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Proficient in sterile technique, instrumentation, and surgical procedures across various specialties
Strong understanding of OR protocols, infection control, and safety standards
Ability to anticipate surgeon needs and respond quickly in high-pressure situations
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments

The primary responsibility of the Surgical Technologist is to assist the clinical staff by performing a variety of support functions to facilitate the delivery of surgical/procedural services to the patient and provide patientcare necessary for comfort, hygiene, simple treatments.
