Restock/organize supplies in kitchen pantry.

Conduct 30 minute security checks and physician ordered special precaution checks.
Conduct groups as scheduled and chart on groups in Netsmart and in the group book, as needed.
Obtain vital signs at 0600, 1000, 1400, 1800, & 2200. Chart vital signs in Netsmart. Report abnormal vital signs to nursing staff.

Upon discharge, strip consumer's bed on the day of discharge, sanitize mattress and pillow, and make-up bed.

Restock/organize supplies in kitchen pantry.
Document water, refrigerator, and freezer temperatures in the kitchen, male and female bathrooms.
Perform general cleaning duties as needed, including but not limited to, cleaning and restocking bathrooms, kitchens, rooms, etc.
Assist consumer with washing/drying their clothing items.
Check each shift to ensure all documents and inventory are labeled with each consumer's label.
