What does a Lead Water, Fire, Mold Cleaning Technician with Paul Davis do?
Serve others within your community in their time of need
Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property
Responsible for responding to emergency, property damaging situations.
Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e. mitigating flood and fire damage)
Accountable for preserving as much of the property as possible while working safely and efficiently on the job site

Be the lead technician on the job.
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
Take the lead on mitigation restoration projects including but not limited too: create assignments and coach other onsite technicians, manage robust customer communications including setting expectations for the job, and close-out mitigation job when complete.
Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
Responsible for unloading and reloading assigned vehicles with equipment
Keep equipment clean and organized in the shop
Responsible for unloading trash in assigned areas
You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
Team Qualifications (Requirements):

2 years of restoration and mitigation experience .
Lead technician restoration experience highly desired.
Dedication to customer service.
Fluent in English.
Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Ability to lift 100 LBS frequently.

Emergency Recovery Coordinators must possess strong interpersonal skills. Be able to build a strong rapport with the customer. Be comfortable entering highly charged and stressful situations. Proven ability to close sales and provide quality customer service. The ERC's represent the franchise and the Paul Davis brand and give it a face. ERC's need to possess the ability to turn an emotionally distraught customer into a satisfied one and leave the customer with a positive lasting impression.
