The Evaluation Systems group of Pearson is recruiting currently certified Texas state teachers and recent retirees to score the constructed response components of the Texas Educator Certification Examination Program.
We are currently hiring current and recently retired teachers to score the Special Education Specialist EC-12 assessment.· Scoring the Texas Educator Certification Examinations provides educators with a unique opportunity to network with peers, support their profession, and stay up to date with current practices and content.· Scorers are provided with the opportunity to learn a process for evaluating responses to performance assignments, effectively and fairly.· Scorers are provided with a thorough orientation to the methodology of how to score responses and gain valuable assessment skills in the process.· All scoring is done during the day on weekdays remotely via Teams. Scoring sessions are conducted once a month for one or two days and scorers are scheduled based on their availability.· Compensation is hourly at $17.50 per hour.Qualifications
Have at least three years of experience working in Special Education in the state of Texas
Have worked in Special Education in a state of Texas classroom within the past three years
Reside in the state of Texas
Hold a bachelor's degree
Comply with the ethical obligations under §SBEC 230.21 (g) including, but not limited to:
An educator, candidate, or other test taker shall not:
solicit information about the contents of test items on an examination that the educator, candidate, or other test taker has not already taken from an individual who has had access to those items, or offer information about the contents of specific test items on an examination to individuals who have not yet taken the examination; or

Be an EPP faculty member of a program, approved by the state of Texas, that offers Special Education Specialist EC-12 programs.
Be an EPP faculty member teaching courses, approved by the state of Texas, for Special Education Specialist EC-12 certification.
Be an educator who has scored the Special Education Specialist EC-12 exam within the past 3 years
Retired educators are eligible if they have the appropriate certification and have taught within the previous three years.Additional Qualifications
Possession of basic computer skills.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Snowmaking Controller works behind the scenes to ensure that the on-hill snowmakers have the information, air and water needed to maximize snowmaking production. JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Performs high-quality radiographic procedures within the scope of state licensure at a technical and professional level that does not require direct supervision. Performs appropriate patient evaluation and uses proper technical factors for diagnostic image production.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Diagnostic Imaging teams at Samaritan Health Services use state-of-the-art imaging technology while providing health care teams with the information needed for a fast, accurate diagnosis. Imaging services include: X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Bone Density, CT Scan, Digital Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, PET-CT, and Ultrasound services.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Current ARRT RT(R) credential required. If registry eligible, credential within six (6) months of hire required.
Current unencumbered Oregon license in Radiologic Technology required. If a new graduate, temporary license upon hire and permanent license within six (6) months of hire required.
Healthcare Provider BLS required.
Experience in a hospital setting preferred.

**Job Description**
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Campus Ambassador to support our Field and Inside Sales teams in engaging with professors and students on campus. This part-time role plays a crucial part in driving sales, enhancing brand awareness, and providing valuable insights from a student perspective.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Assist their local Pearson team ( **Field and Inside Sales Representatives** ) as needed each month to deliver back-to-school help for their peers, plus participate in faculty presentations where needed.
Support their local Pearson team additionally with collecting office hour data, distributing flyers to professors, creating student-perspective videos, and other special projects.
Complete **5-7 virtual projects per month** , contributing input, opinions, and content in various formats such as:
+ Participate in focus groups
+ Test-drive products in development
+ Complete surveys
+ Create social media content
Serve as a **Pearson brand ambassador** , creating and sharing content on social media, engaging with Pearson's platforms, and promoting Pearson materials.
Attend **3-4 virtual meetings per month** to collaborate with the team and discuss ongoing initiatives.
**Time Commitment:**
**5-10 hours per week** during the academic year.

**Minimum Requirements:**
