Position Purpose:
Responsible for supervising personnel receiving product, pulling orders, loading trucks for next-day delivery, and processing paperwork relating to product delivery. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervises the administrative staff including: hiring, scheduling, providing training and guidance, establishing job standards and evaluating performance.
Ensures timely, accurate and complete order pulling for all orders pulled during the shift. Ensures all orders are loaded in their entirety and in proper stop sequence on the assigned truck and trailer, and completes all necessary paperwork.
Ensures all product received during the shift is stocked properly and that first-in/first-out warehouse procedures are followed for all stock rotation.
Demonstrates a strong service quality ethic through personal example. Ensures that all associates have a thorough understanding of their individual roles in meeting or exceeding internal and external customer expectations.
Coordinates pick planning in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager.
Utilization of Company's warehouse management system and other technologies available to maximize productivity. Analyzes the productivity levels of the warehouse operation and recommends appropriate changes.
Handles building security to include locking warehouse and setting alarms after the night shift. Ensures the safe operation of all material handling. Complies with Company's health and safety programs.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Summary:
Oversee the receiving dock area to receive, inspect, identify, count and verify quality and labeling of all materials and supplies delivered to the facility; complete related documentation, coordinate the storage of supplies and enter information into inventory database and other similar duties necessary to the movement and maintenance of supplies and raw materials observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Position Responsibilities:

Put on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.

Perform damage control checks on items received and contact supervisor about removing items according to company policy. Inspect date sensitive items, perform temperature checks, quality checks on products and take appropriate action as needed.
Identify label and store supplies according to specifications and enter purchase order data into the inventory system.
Coordinate and/or unload and transport items to staging areas in appropriate warehouse with forklift / pallet jack. Assist Forklift
Operators by putting away, breaking down pallets, changing stretch wrap and re-wrapping pallets, as needed.
Perform general housekeeping duties and keep warehouse area, loading dock and trailers clear and clean as required.
Remove batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries and complete vehicle inspection checklist. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.

The Forklift Operator, Non Formula transports incoming freight to inventory from staging areas for storage in the appropriate slots, on the multi-level racks in the assigned warehouse area and replenish/re-stock pick slots in a timely manner ensuring all safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards are met and to maintain the efficient flow of the production process Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Locates proper slot on storage racks, set pallets in place with forklift or hand stack items, enter product data and location into appropriate unit. Locates and performs count check of incoming freight in the staging area and transport to freezer with forklift/pallet jack.
Replenishes pick slots with outgoing stock items according to next day's work orders. Rotates date-sensitive stock to the front of the rack and/or remove outdated out of date inventory according to company policy.
Disperses over-stocked items to available slots for temporary storage.
Removes empty pallets, cardboard packing, and strapping to the proper area or receptacles. I
nspects empty pallets for damage, stack and move pallets with pallet jack or forklift to the proper storage area.
Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
Reviews work schedule, perform safety check on equipment, obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations.
Puts on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
Meets required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
Works from receiving sheets, computer print-out, established procedures and practices, written and/or verbal instructions. Inspects items for damage, perform temperature and quality checks and take appropriate action as needed.
Performs general housekeeping duties in work area as needed.
Removes batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries and complete vehicle inspection checklist.
Secures all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork at the end of the shift.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Main Ingredients of the Job!
As a US FOODS Robo Wrapper associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of pallet builds and proper preparation for shipment to our customers to safeguard product from damage while loading and in transit.
To wrap all the outbound orders in the designated loading zones in compliance with company procedures and standards. This ensures the drivers have the product safely stowed and organized for maximum efficiency for the day's deliveries.
Ensure all pallets are built according to preferred methods and wrapped from the bottom of the pallet to the top cases on each pallet to avoid damage during transport. Notify a supervisor of any issues.
Confirm condition of product prior to loading, including both cases and breakers.
Ensure work is completed in a productive and timely manner.
Keep pallets in work area wrapped according to dispatch times and on pace to avoid any hindrance in loader productivity.
Verify header labels are in upper right hand corner for the loader to easily locate.
Gather slip sheets and secure in an area close to wrapping stations to use during wrapping and inspection process.
Ensure work area is free of debris at all times. Help loaders by unloading trailers staged in doors that contain pallets, blankets, straps and any debris left in the trailer. Raise door, lock trailer to dock & lower dock plate.
Determine when produce blankets are no longer useable and alert a Lead or Supervisor to purchase. Dispose of soiled cooler blankets.
Ensure the Robo wrappers are clean and in good operational condition at all times
Do not allow excess shrink wrap to build up around guide wheel. Do not cut shrink wrap from rollers using a box cutter.
Do not place stickers on any part of the equipment.
Wipe down the equipment at end of shift each day.
Follow all safety work practices and maintain clean and orderly dock area.
Work in extreme temperatures of 100 + degrees and below freezing

**Job Summary:**
Responsible for the development of independent account business, with emphasis on overall profitability through both new sales and account penetration. **Main Ingredients of the Job!**
As a **US FOODS Robo Wrapper associate, you** will be responsible for ensuring the quality of pallet builds and proper preparation for shipment to our customers to safeguard product from damage while loading and in transit.
+ To wrap all the outbound orders in the designated loading zones in compliance with company procedures and standards. This ensures the drivers have the product safely stowed and organized for maximum efficiency for the day's deliveries.
+ Ensure all pallets are built according to preferred methods and wrapped from the bottom of the pallet to the top cases on each pallet to avoid damage during transport. Notify a supervisor of any issues.
+ Confirm condition of product prior to loading, including both cases and breakers.
+ Ensure work is completed in a productive and timely manner.
+ Keep pallets in work area wrapped according to dispatch times and on pace to avoid any hindrance in loader productivity.
+ Verify header labels are in upper right hand corner for the loader to easily locate.
+ Gather slip sheets and secure in an area close to wrapping stations to use during wrapping and inspection process.
+ Ensure work area is free of debris at all times. Help loaders by unloading trailers staged in doors that contain pallets, blankets, straps and any debris left in the trailer. Raise door, lock trailer to dock & lower dock plate.
+ Determine when produce blankets are no longer useable and alert a Lead or Supervisor to purchase. Dispose of soiled cooler blankets.
+ Ensure the Robo wrappers are clean and in good operational condition at all times
+ Do not allow excess shrink wrap to build up around guide wheel. Do not cut shrink wrap from rollers using a box cutter.
+ Do not place stickers on any part of the equipment.
+ Wipe down the equipment at end of shift each day.
+ Follow all safety work practices and maintain clean and orderly dock area.
+ Work in extreme temperatures of 100 + degrees and below freezing
