Responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that are aligned and integrated with the company's strategic business plan. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the effective implementation of the company's marketing strategies and programs, marketing policies, advertising, event support and online promotions. Receive incoming products and supplies and verify items on receiving schedule against the bill of lading. Ensure count accuracy, record counts on appropriate forms/database and verify quality and labeling of all materials and supplies. Perform damage control checks on items received and contact supervisor about removing items according to company policy. Inspect date sensitive items, perform temperature checks, quality checks on products and take appropriate action as needed. Identify label and store supplies according to specifications and enter purchase order data into the inventory system. Coordinate and/or unload and transport items to staging areas in appropriate warehouse with forklift / pallet jack. Assist Forklift Operators by putting away, breaking down pallets, changing stretch wrap and re-wrapping pallets, as needed. Perform general housekeeping duties and keep warehouse area, loading dock and trailers clear and clean as required. Remove batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries and complete vehicle inspection checklist. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork. Mechanic will be responsible for the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of the Fleet road equipment including tractor, trailer, thermo-king, converter dolly and maintenance vehicles. Ensure compliance with all State and Federal trucking regulations. Mechanics will also be responsible for the documentation, completion, and to keep current the maintenance logs for all repairs and parts used daily. The position will be required to perform road rescue as needed. This application is only available to active-duty service members eligible to participate in a DoD SkillBridge Internship. The service member must be within the last 12 months of their active-duty contract. This is an unpaid, non-benefit eligible internship position in partnership with the DoD SkillBridge program. This ensures the drivers have the product safely stowed and organized for maximum efficiency for the day's deliveries. + Ensure all pallets are built according to preferred methods and wrapped from the bottom of the pallet to the top cases on each pallet to avoid damage during transport. Notify a supervisor of any issues. + Confirm condition of product prior to loading, including both cases and breakers. + Ensure work is completed in a productive and timely manner. + Keep pallets in work area wrapped according to dispatch times and on pace to avoid any hindrance in loader productivity. + Verify header labels are in upper right hand corner for the loader to easily locate. + Gather slip sheets and secure in an area close to wrapping stations to use during wrapping and inspection process. + Ensure work area is free of debris at all times. Help loaders by unloading trailers staged in doors that contain pallets, blankets, straps and any debris left in the trailer. Raise door, lock trailer to dock & lower dock plate. + Determine when produce blankets are no longer useable and alert a Lead or Supervisor to purchase. Dispose of soiled cooler blankets. + Ensure the Robo wrappers are clean and in good operational condition at all times + Do not allow excess shrink wrap to build up around guide wheel. Do not cut shrink wrap from rollers using a box cutter. + Do not place stickers on any part of the equipment. + Wipe down the equipment at end of shift each day. + Follow all safety work practices and maintain clean and orderly dock area. + Work in extreme temperatures of 100 + degrees and below freezing _Great_ **_Robo_** **_Wrapper_** _associates are crucial to the_ **_US FOODS _** _team and one of the important faces of our organization.
