Assist participants on and off the vehicle with care and courtesy. Operate wheelchair lifts, secure mobility devices, and follow all safety procedures. Adjust transportation routes as needed while following established schedules. Run occasional errands for the center, such as picking up supplies or medications. Communicate effectively with participants, families, staff, and outside agencies. Report any changes in participant condition to the care team. Support participants as a Personal Care Aide when needed, including bathing, toileting, and other daily care. Keep the vehicle clean, orderly, and safe; report maintenance needs promptly. Attend required staff meetings and training sessions. Complete documentation accurately and on time. Participate in ongoing Quality Initiative training. Other duties as assigned. Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, TB Screening Physical Requirements: Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday. Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move during working hours. Must be able to lift or push up to 25 pounds with proper equipment. May be required to lift, carry, or support participants.
