Collaborate with the team in meetings and receive support from leadership team (1-2 hours weekly)
Coach private training sessions based on demand and preference (5-15 hours weekly)*
Scheduling Shifts:
Each coach typical works 5 shifts and has 2 full days off each week
Typical schedule includes (2-3) "Morning Shifts" and (2-3) "Evening Shifts" through the week
Morning Shift example: 6am-2pm

Saturday morning shift may or may not be required

Job Summary:
The Fitness Trainer is responsible for creating a safe, effective, and engaging fitness environment for club members and guests. The role helps with supervising exercise programs, educating members on proper techniques, and developing personalized fitness plans tailored to individual goals and needs. Reporting Structure
* Reports to the Fitness Manager or Fitness Director
Day-to-Day
* Assist in the exercise and fitness areas of the club, including supporting members and guests with their exercise and fitness programs.
* Evaluate member/guest fitness needs and provide the appropriate exercise program for meeting those needs, including providing personal instruction if necessary.
* Conduct new Member Fit Start appointments in accordance with club standards and track accordingly. Connect with members regularly and promote fitness activities, including warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells.
* Update fitness activities and programming on web page and/or member communication board, as applicable.
* Promote the facility amenities, programs and the club while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service that aligns with the values, philosophies, and standards of the club.
* Maintain current fitness-related certifications including CPR/AED and actively seek new education opportunities that are presented through Invited partnerships.
* Ensure that daily assignments are effectively completed in designated areas to uphold Club standards and maintain orderly and organized workspaces, arranging and tidying entry areas, and properly stocking and organizing equipment and materials.
* Responsible for daily processing of all accounting procedures around personal training and or group session(s) accurately.
* Submit monthly forecasts for expected sessions, Fit Starts and New Client goals.
* Maintain an up-to-date schedule of availability to ensure accuracy.
Additional Duties
* Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
* Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff.

About you
Required
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Fitness Trainer, demonstrating proficiency in developing and leading personalized fitness programs.
* Current personal training certifications: ACSM, NASM, ACE, PTA Global, NFPT, ISSA, CSCS or NSCA.
* Certification in CPR, First Aid and AED within the last 6 months as well as being a certified group exercise instructor with AFAA or ACE.
Preferred
* A college degree in health, fitness, exercise science, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and motivate clients.
* Ability to assess individual fitness levels and develop tailored exercise programs.

An Overview of the Coach Role
Our F45 family is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic Coach.
F45 Coaches play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our sessions, working closely with each individual member and providing the ultimate F45 experience. This is a part-time position that includes coaching pay, and (as required) admin hours
F45 coaches lead fun, motivating, team training sessions that use predesigned by the F45 Athletics Team at HQ. Teaching proper technique, demonstrating proper form, and motivating individuals in a class setting are essential skills for this position. F45 coaches must be well-versed in high-intensity interval training, heart rate response, physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics. F45 coaches must hold an active CPR/AED Certification, Primary NCCA approved certification, and agree to continued education with F45 Academy for our internal brand training certification. Coach an average of 5 sessions per week at home F45 Studio (minimum)

An Overview of the Coach Role
Our F45 family is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic Coach.
F45 Coaches play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our sessions, working closely with each individual member and providing the ultimate F45 experience. This position requires a strong ability to coach and manage time, motivate multiple clients in a group setting, and produce a high-energy and positive experience for our members.
The F45 Coach will report to the Head Coach (HC), Sales Manager, and Studio Manager
This is a part-time position that includes coaching pay, and (as required) admin hours
F45 coaches lead fun, motivating, team training sessions that use predesigned by the F45 Athletics Team at HQ. Teaching proper technique, demonstrating proper form, and motivating individuals in a class setting are essential skills for this position. F45 coaches must be well-versed in high-intensity interval training, heart rate response, physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics. F45 coaches must hold an active CPR/AED Certification, Primary NCCA approved certification, and agree to continued education with F45 Academy for our internal brand training certification. The following national certifying agencies we accept include ACE, AFAA, ISSA, NFPT, AFPA, ACSM, NASM, NCSF, and NSCA.

Coach an average of 5 sessions per week at home F45 Studio (minimum)
Deliver pre-designed workouts to a diverse group of individuals (guests and members)
The F45 Fitness Coach will lead up to 36 participants through F45 specific group training sessions
Preparation of workout design (prior to coaching) planning strategic coaching cues and connections related to design
Assist guests and members in strengthening their motivation throughout the scheduled session. Including, progression/regressions as needed and in line with the pre-designed workout of the day.
Provide assistance to the Studio Manager and Head Coach (HC) as needed to maximize class utilization and retain current members
Assure the safety of participants by monitoring their heart rate and exercise technique
Identify and coach proper human movement patterns - biomechanics, alignment, flexibility, etc
Provide a consistent world-class F45 experience that meets the standards set by the brand
Provide a personalized client experience through dynamic coaching, voice projection, and voice interaction
Participate in monthly staff meetings and educational presentations, and/or webinars as required
Assist in trial conversion process: including studio tours, Inbody Scans, Consultations, Membership Pricing Presentations (when necessary)
Utilize personal networking, and internal and external avenues to generate leads, opportunities, and relationships
Communicate and Participate (internal/external) Communication Channels, Updates, and Correspondence effectively, and positively.
Leading by example and taking at least one session a week as a brand ambassador
Follow studio and brand policies regarding standard operating procedures, communication, etiquette, and uniform standards.
Participation in Events: Challenges, Playoffs, Speciality, Signature Workout Programming, Member Socials, and Studio Events (as relevant)
Attend meetings (as required) for one on ones, staff development, workshops, or performance evaluations
Utilize new F45 technologies and adapt them to industry developments
Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial guests (within scheduled sessions). Including greeting by name.
The set-up, breakdown, cleaning, and storage of equipment around the studio floor before and after sessions
Empower and educate guests and members with a clear understanding of our F45 Methodology and Athletic Programming. Demonstrating knowledge of equipment used in every workout and how to use it
Provide pre-event and potentially on-site support for internal and external F45 events
Be a hospitality champion who treats guests, staff, and members with the utmost care
Must hold/maintain the following credentials: CPR/AED Certification, ONE NCCA Approved Primary Certification, F45 Trainer Certification. The following national certifying agencies we accept include ACE, AFAA, ISSA, NFPT, AFPA, ACSM, NASM, NCSF, and NSCA. A college degree in an exercise science-related field or any field does NOT exempt a coach or coach candidate from obtaining one of the required certifications.
