Job Description
The Des Moines Menace is looking for a highly motivated individual interested in being a part of the United Soccer League team in Des Moines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, the ability to multitask, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. This is a paid, part-time summer position.
Responsibilities
Playing an active role on Menace game days, capturing photos of action on and off the field, including player arrivals, warmups, in-game action shots, and fan experiences.
Selecting and editing top photos during and after the match for social media posting.
Editing, organizing, and archiving remaining photos in a timely manner.
Work Menace home matches in May - August. This includes full-day dedication to game day set up, servicing fans, and post-game tear down.
As available, capturing photos at the Des Moines Menace pre-season events such as Open Cup and youth programs.
Other projects and duties as directed by Menace Soccer Operations Manager.
Qualifications
A passion for sports and knowledge of the game of soccer is preferred.
Experience shooting sports action and ability to provide a portfolio of previous experience.
Creativity and knack for seeing things from different perspectives.
Accessibility to a digital camera with sports-action capabilities is preferred.
Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects at a time with tight deadlines.
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. Growth-focused and interested in continuous learning and improvement, with an openness to feedback.
Disciplined, with a positive attitude, dedicated to the organization's goals, mission and values.
Proven team player who is willing to work long days, nights, and weekends.

As a Fresh 48 Photographer and Sales Consultant in Ames, you will coordinate mini photoshoots, edit images, and sell to families-all from the comfort of their hospital room, just days after delivery.
This is an on-site in-hospital role where you will earn commission sales estimating $275 - $500 a week with additional tips and bonuses based on performance and seniority.

Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 20 lbs of equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary team member responsible for creating and/or implementing strategies incorporating video/photography in support of institutional objectives
Responsible for the creation, management and delivery of photography and/or videos from concept to final production which includes executing the project development process from initial client consultation to concept creation, scripting, storyboarding, set design and set up, lighting, shooting, editing, final delivery and post project assessment
Work with all university administration, academic and operational units to ensure that people, events, meetings, special occasions, and physical spaces are captured visually in both video and in still photography
Edits and formats multimedia images using state of the art equipment and software
