Compensation:
Up to $112,000, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Complete all Occ Med scanning into EMR; results to be in system within 24 hours of visit
Send Occ Med results to employers per protocol
Work with all Occ Med patients on Clockwise/scheduling queue. Work together as a team, but own your queue of Occupational Medicine visits.
Ensures appointments are set correctly on schedule, and that all necessary Authorization Forms or protocols are being appropriately followed.
Assistant will ensure a smooth Occ Med workflow; getting Occ Med appointments in and through the clinic with the least amount of disturbance and wait time.
Tasked with scheduling follow ups or return visits for patients.
Assists with communication between clinics, clients, and Sales Department team & managers
Serve as a point person to reach out to clinics when results are not received or need changes.
Assists in training of staff for new Occ Med accounts where new forms/tests are being performed
Operates within established parameters and influences development and/or decisions regarding new policy or guidelines. Must exhibit authority within scope of responsibility and requires innovation/tenacity to improve internal processes.
Be the right hand to our providers - assist in procedures and deliver exceptional care
Own the triage process: take vitals, assess needs, and help patients feel at ease

Keep patient records sharp and up-to-date in our EMR system (we use Experity)
