The Work Environment
Clinic & Day Center: Most of your time will be spent in our on-site therapy gym, treatment rooms, and participant activity areas. These spaces are thoughtfully designed to be safe, accessible, and uplifting for older adults with a range of physical and cognitive needs.
Office-Based Work: When not delivering hands-on care, you'll document therapy sessions, collaborate with team members, and participate in care planning in an office setting equipped with EMR systems and communication tools.
Home & Community Visits: Occasionally, you'll support therapy or mobility assessments in participants' homes or other care settings (such as skilled nursing facilities or hospitals), helping ensure smooth transitions and consistent care.
Travel Between Locations: Some travel between program sites or participant homes may be required. Flexibility and reliable transportation are important to support care continuity across settings.
