Job Description
Our skilled nursing facility is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant COTA to fill a PRN or part-time position. You'll work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care.
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant COTA will optimize the functional abilities and skills of patients by developing a treatment plan that will meet the patient's individual needs, and improve their quality of life. You will observe, assess and document progress in a timely manner, while communicating effectively with the therapy team, patient and family. In this position, we will rely on you to provide feedback to the designated supervisor on all clinical and rehabilitation issues.
