Pay: $20 - $22/hr Schedule: Day shift with weekends Job Responsibilities This position assumes responsibility for supervising the receiving area and freight elevator; maintains area safety, orderliness and cleanliness; verifies licenses, insurances, and permits of all service providers and contractors through the management office; enforces parking regulations; enforces rules and regulations of the Association.
