Plant Operation. Operate plant equipment to regulate flow of materials to and from conveyors, chutes, pumps, and storage bins. Control stockpile inventory of materials.
Inspect Equipment, Structures, and Material. Perform daily inspections and maintenance of the plant equipment and document items in need of repair or service.
Monitor Processes and Materials. Monitor and review plant equipment systems to ensure continuous flow of materials and maintain certified products. Remove clogged materials when applicable.
Document and Record Information. Assist plant management with record keeping and daily production schedules for submitting reports on production and maintenance. Read and write delivery tickets to determine the mix design called for each load. Issue delivery tickets to customers.
Repair and Maintain Plant Equipment. Assist with maintenance activities, including greasing, lubricating, and other minor repairs throughout the plant when necessary.
Additional Responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.

General Responsibility
The Control Room Operator (First Shift) is responsible for monitoring and operating control systems and equipment in a central control room setting to ensure smooth and safe operation of all plant, facility, or system processes during overnight hours. Position Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Wastewater Plant Operator to oversee the daily operation and maintenance of our wastewater treatment facility. The role includes both inside and outside operations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, proper use of the filter press, and maintaining the facility's efficiency and safety.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Inside Operations:
Monitor and adjust plant processes using SCADA systems and other control interfaces.
Analyze data from flow meters, pressure gauges, and analytical equipment to optimize operations.
Perform routine laboratory testing of water samples to ensure compliance with discharge permits.
Document plant performance, operational adjustments, and maintenance activities in logs and reports.
Outside Operations:
Inspect and maintain pumps, valves, clarifiers, aeration tanks, digesters, and other equipment.
Collect samples from various points in the treatment process for laboratory testing.
Perform general upkeep of the plant grounds, including clearing debris and maintaining access areas.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and assist with repairs as needed.
Filter Press Operations:
Operate and maintain the filter press to dewater sludge efficiently.
Monitor the feed pressure, cake thickness, and overall performance of the filter press.

The role of the Utility 1 is to perform drop, investigation, and small project responsibilities along with physical labor tasks at construction sites in accordance with company and industry safety rules and operating procedures.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
The Utility 1 is a full-time (40 + hours per week), non-exempt/hourly position. Overtime work should be expected for this position.

Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment assigned for use.

At closing, drive golf cars into golf car facility and plug them into the battery charger
Ensure that the Golf Car Facility is always clean and orderly
Perform periodic car maintenance and minor special repairs. Update car service records
Service the practice facility by driving the picker and mechanically picking up golf balls in the area. Set up the practice facility for play. Continually replenish the supply of practice facility balls. Using a golf cart, patrol the practice tee and pick up trash and practice golf ball bags. Rotate practice facility area in accordance with tee maintenance program. Collect, clean and bag balls at the end of play, ensuring that all range balls are in excellent condition at all times by culling damaged balls
Assist members and guests as they depart from the facility, ensuring that all golf clubs are cleaned, and that a staff Member carries and places golf clubs in member's or guest's vehicle
Work closely with the Golf Shop staff to ensure that all club rules including dress code and beverage policy are followed by members and guests
Ensure that no member or guest carries his or her clubs to or from the practice facility or in the parking lot or clubhouse areas

Job Description
General Responsibility
The Control Room Operator (First Shift) is responsible for monitoring and operating control systems and equipment in a central control room setting to ensure smooth and safe operation of all plant, facility, or system processes during overnight hours. This role requires strong attention to detail, quick decision-making, and effective communication to address any alarms, irregularities, or system failures that may arise during the shift.
Must be able to work any shift: including nights, weekends and holidays
Monitor real-time data and control system interfaces (e.g., SCADA, DCS, CCTV, HMI) for any anomalies or alerts.
Operate and adjust equipment remotely to maintain optimal performance and safety.
Respond promptly to system alarms or alerts, initiating troubleshooting or emergency protocols as needed.
Document and report shift activities, system performance, and any incidents or irregularities.
Coordinate with on-site personnel and maintenance teams to resolve equipment or operational issues.
Maintain accurate logs of system parameters and operational data.
Perform shift handover briefings to ensure clear communication between shifts.
Comply with all safety protocols and operational procedures.
Support scheduled system checks, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance tasks.
Carry out other assignments as requested from management or shift supervisors.
Hourly rate: $35.00 per hour
First shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm. Working days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Qualifications
2+ years of work experience in baggage handling systems and/or automated systems in material handling industries, operations and maintenance.
Ability to successfully obtain and maintain airport security clearance
High-Level control (SAC) skills
Software documentation and IT network knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Team player, personable and a winning attitude
Must be able to obtain and maintain site security access
Must be able to work any shift; including nights, weekends and holidays
Work Environment:
Fast-paced airport environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and variable temperatures.
Shifts include working nights, weekends, and holidays
Frequent walking and standing throughout large airport facilities.

Plant Operation.
Operate plant equipment to regulate flow of materials to and from conveyors, chutes, pumps, and storage bins.
Control stockpile inventory of materials.
Inspect Equipment, Structures, and Material.
Perform daily inspections and maintenance of the plant equipment and document items in need of repair or service.
Monitor Processes and Materials.
Monitor and review plant equipment systems to ensure continuous flow of materials and maintain certified products.
Remove clogged materials when applicable.
Document and Record Information.
Assist plant management with record keeping and daily production schedules for submitting reports on production and maintenance.
Read and write delivery tickets to determine the mix design called for each load.
Issue delivery tickets to customers.
Repair and Maintain Plant Equipment.
Assist with maintenance activities, including greasing, lubricating, and other minor repairs throughout the plant when necessary.
Additional Responsibilities.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Skills You'll Need:Travel.
This position will support Northern California and will require travel throughout the region.
Experience.
Previous experience in the aggregate or construction industry is preferred.
Knowledge of Best Practices.
A basic knowledge of the concrete, cement, or construction industry is preferred.

Must be able to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands.
