Allison Unger is responsible for business development across all product lines for PopHealthCare. She comes to PopHealthCare with a record of success in transformation resulting in superior client satisfaction, product innovation, and revenue growth. For the last 15 years, she has worked diligently with healthcare customers that span health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, retail pharmacies, employers, and medical equipment companies to drive value, impact, and growth. Allison previously held leadership roles in sales and client engagement/success at Eliza Corporation and HMS Holdings, responsible for growth, retention, and client success. A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Allison currently resides in Wellesley, MA with her husband and son. Allison has a passion for healthcare evolution, Cape Cod summers, and returning to visit her roots in the South.

As Chief Operations Officer, Care Solutions, Brandon Oliver is responsible leading operations and delivery of the CareSight program to health plans and their members across the US. Oliver joined PopHealthCare in July of 2019 after 6 years with Tivity Health, Inc. (formerly Healthways) as a finance leader and Chief of Staff to the CEO and CFO responsible for leading enterprise wide strategic change and restructuring initiatives. Prior to Tivity Health, Inc., Oliver spent more than 15 years as a procurement, outsourcing (BPaaS), and supply chain consultant with Procurian (Accenture), North Highland Consulting, and Harrah’s Entertainment (Caesars). In 2002 election cycle, Brandon successfully co-managed a US Congressional Primary and a US Senate General Election campaign. Brandon holds an MBA and BBA in International Business from the Fogelman College of Business at The University of Memphis.

Dr. Chris Dodd has overall accountability and oversight of all clinical functions for PopHealthCare, and leads the company’s effort to scale its national network of home-based advanced primary care medical care practices. He comes to PHC with a strong track record of creating successful partnerships with health plan and provider group partners, as well as experience delivering healthcare to vulnerable populations in the United States and around the world.

Dr. Dodd graduated from Vanderbilt University, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Boston University School of Medicine, and completed the Program in Clinical Effectiveness at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He lives in Seattle with his wife and two daughters, and enjoys early morning swims and traditional Greek folk dancing.

Kirk Stanley is a proven leader with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Before joining PopHealthCare, Kirk served as the chief operating officer for Predilytics, a next-generation healthcare predictive analytics company. Before that, Kirk served as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at INSPIRIS and was part of the executive team that led the sale of the company to OptumHealth. Kirk holds an MHA from Tulane University, and a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. Kirk currently resides in Franklin, TN with his wife and two sons. When he’s not working, he can often be found playing golf or driving to lacrosse and football practices for his sons.

With more than 20 years of experience in sales, client management, marketing and product strategy, Leigh Ann is responsible for business development at PopHealthCare - from the sale to onboarding and ongoing account delivery. Leigh Ann has previously held executive business development positions with multiple healthcare companies. At MDLIVE, she led the sales and client success teams. At Verizon, Leigh Ann headed market strategy and revenue generation for Mobile Health Solution Division Products. And at Healthways, she led sales strategy for a number of different channel partners. A graduate of Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, Leigh Ann serves on a number of local non-profit boards.

Maggie Bahou leads the Human Resources and People Operations teams for PopHealthCare. For 6 years, she served as Vice President Human Resources for Compassus, a national provider of home health, infusion services, palliative, and hospice care. Prior to Compassus, she led strategic human resources and organizational development for the Tennessee Department of State. In addition, Bahou spent more than 10 years managing human resources, founding startups, leading non-profit boards, and management consulting with Accenture, King Farm Creative, and National HealthCare Corporation. Bahou holds a master’s degree from The George Washington University in Washington, DC and a bachelor’s degree from Tennessee Technological University. She is also listed as a Rule 31 (General Civil) Mediator.
