Essential Skills: + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. + 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. + Proven expertise in tooling and industrial equipment procurement and installation. + Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment specifications. + Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. + Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, SAP, or similar. + Strong communication and leadership abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications: + PMP or equivalent project management certification. + Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
