Principal Responsibilities Provides technical support to customers, field engineers and internal customer service team members to ensure the accurate selection of products. Develops a deep understanding of industry and regulatory requirements, enabling the linkage of Harco/IPEX product functionality and capabilities to specific applications. Participating actively in the analysis of warranty claims and identifying the root cause. Develops training materials for both internal and external customers to improve the understanding of how to effectively select and use Harco/IPEX products and systems. Qualifications & experience Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline P.Eng. designation preferred Minimum 5 years in a product, manufacturing or application engineering environment Strong understanding of industrial product and materials regulatory requirements (PPI, AWWA, ASTM) General knowledge of field installation methods and equipment Prior knowledge of plastic fittings or pipe is desirable Experience in R&D and new product development Knowledge of injection molding processes is desirable Basic CAD viewing/manipulation skills are desirable Organized project management skills capable of planning, implementing and monitoring complex projects.
