What You'll Be Doing
Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement
Serve as the subject matter expert for manufacturing processes across assigned production lines
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, throughput, cost reduction, and KPI performance
Apply Lean and data-driven methodologies to reduce variation and improve process capability
Plant Floor & Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams
Influence hourly production teams and plant leadership without direct authority
Support process adjustments, centerlining, and process control plans
Data, Automation & Optimization
Analyze equipment efficiency, material usage, and process performance
Apply statistical tools (SPC, capability studies, variation reduction) to guide decisions
Support automation upgrades and equipment improvements (no new line commissioning planned)
Flexibility & Support
While assigned to a primary shift, provide occasional off-shift support as issues arise-especially during peak summer production months
What We're Looking For
Highly Preferred
4-8+ years of ProcessEngineering experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
Background in food & beverage, bottling, CPG, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing
Strong understanding of automated production lines (bottling, packaging, blow molding, etc.)

The APC Consultant will be responsible for implementing online control and optimization strategies at customer manufacturing locations, using Schneider Electric's APC software technology. The deployments will normally take the form of 3 to 6 month project assignments, during which up to 50% of the consultant's time may be spent at site. Project locations will typically be in North America but may also be global. The industries concerned will span the entire process sector: from oil refining and petrochemicals to power generation, pulp and paper, and food and beverage.

The primary function of the Quality Engineer is to assist the Senior Quality Manager in creating, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system that meets ISO/IEC 17025 as well as all Element policies, procedures, and requirements while fostering a quality culture within the company.

* Responsible to support the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of the Quality Management System (e.g. maintain AVL, External Document List, NCR Log and follow-up process, Training Records, etc.)
* Responsible for the record and document control aspects of the Quality Management System (policies, procedures, forms, instructions, and Cal Recall System - Asset Management System)
* In conjunction with the Senior Quality Manager and the Department Managers, coordinate, implement, document, and verify employee training to include the New Employee Onboarding Training
* Support the interim audits, vendor audits, and assist Quality Manager with audits and accreditation activities conducted by outside agencies (Element clients, A2LA, etc.)
* Work directly with departments to enforce quality requirements by conducting and reporting Test Method Audits, Test Activity Audits, and Quality Checks
* Work with Senior Quality Manager and other relevant staff on customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries
* On an as needed basis, perform and document interim audits and Job Package reviews to verify completeness and accuracy
* Review and approve calibration records and test reports
* Maintain Quality Management System (eQMS) intranet site as requested
* Support the Root Cause, Corrective Action, and Audit processes for Non-Conformances and Out of Tolerance (OOT) conditions
* Perform other related duties as required
