Overview:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our client's team in Humboldt, TN. This role is responsible for improving existing processes, developing new manufacturing methods, managing tooling and capital expenditures, and supporting production efficiency across all operations.

Proven experience with AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks 3D.
Strong knowledge of CNC programming, machining fixture design, and cutting tool applications.
Experience managing tooling budgets and addressing forming or die-related issues.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma principles.
PLC experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver cost-effective results.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Senior Process Engineer is accountable for driving process improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives related to product development, capacity expansion, new process implementation, and quality enhancement.
