Review and improve plant documentation, aimed at improving the readability, detail and clarity of startup, shutdown and normal operations procedures and P&IDs. Complete technical definition, documentation and execution of pressure safety design packages. Collaborate with plant engineering resources to scope, document and define implementation plans for process and reliability improvement projects. Support improvements to plant training programs. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other engineering discipline BS 5+ years' experience in process measurement and applications in a manufacturing or industrial or engineering environment. Knowledge of chemical processes to effectively analyze, make recommendations and provide resolution to complex problems. Knowledge of OSHA PSM/EPA RMP requirements and associated risk management techniques. Ability to lead small groups of people as well as to work independently.
