Key Responsibilities:

Math skills (including Algebra) and knowledge of printing/converting materials and technologies.

Position Summary:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the improvement in productivity of all assets (people, equipment, materials, and time) through identification and implementation of best practices, equipment modifications and capital investments.
Provides design expertise for capital projects in areas of new product development, financial savings, sensitivity analysis, capacities, capabilities, facility layouts, material handling, ergonomics, start-up costs, yield, and efficiencies.
Initiate, develop and implement productivity ideas and cost savings projects for the facility, working towards achieving the plant conversion productivity target.
Support new product and process development projects which facilitate corporate initiatives to grow and expand in existing and new markets.
Coordinate the elimination of waste and improvements of manufacturing processes.
