The Cost Engineer will be responsible for cost tracking, forecasting, change management, and supporting overall project financial performance. This position will be 40 hour work week with approved overtime.

The Process Engineer I will provide support in optimizing productivity and sustainability of EV battery production through high level of technical knowledge while ensuring stable mass production quality & Process Downtime (PD) improvement through recipe setting, spec aligning, process capability management, and high-quality defect improvement based on a technical understanding of the process and equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze productivity, yield and overall equipment efficiency (OEE) of assigned process and department
• Work with engineers and operators to troubleshoot machines to ensure highest yield and OEE
• Analyze Quality issues to provide corrective actions
• Improve production processes by creating various SOPs and train operators to ensure understanding and correct implementation to floor
• Ensure compliance with health/safety/environmental/ fire regulations

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology or equivalent related experience

Position Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for leading the development, optimization, and support of manufacturing processes across assigned production areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead manufacturing and process engineering activities for designated production lines, including support for new product launches, equipment installations, and process validations.
Evaluate and improve existing processes to increase throughput, reduce scrap, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Develop and maintain process documentation such as PFMEAs, control plans, standard operating procedures, and validation protocols.
Conduct detailed root cause analyses for production and quality issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure long-term process stability.
Collaborate with Product Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure manufacturability and effective product launches.
Prepare and justify capital equipment requests, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI evaluation.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to technicians and operators.
Monitor production performance through data collection, statistical analysis, and process audits.
