As a Sr. Title Closing Processor, you will be responsible for preparing closing files that will be reviewed and signed at the closing table. You'll work side-by-side with Closers, Lenders, production staff and Agents as a key team member. This is an in-office position and work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Responsibilities: Prepare and balance the closing disclosure, settlement statements and documentation necessary for closing the transaction. Ensure that professional and proper procedures are followed in the closing of the real estate and mortgage transactions. This includes proper accounting of escrow funds, reviewing lender packages, recording packages, and correction of all if necessary.
