Exciting manufacturing within General Electric in our Cores and Castings business. The Casting Processor will be responsible for set-up, change-over, and operate various automated & manual machine tools to process investment casting components. Perform basic preventive maintenance functions and complete routine inspection operations. This is a manufacturing role in a manufacturing environment. The scheduled hours for 3rd shift are 11pm to 7am from Monday - Friday, with beginning shift Sunday at 11pm.
**Job Description**
Responsibilities
+ Secure job assignment, interpret sequence of operations, obtain required materials, tooling, and equipment using pendant controlled cranes, fork trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
+ Working from drawings, parts lists, written and verbal instructions, accepted shop practices, etc., prepare work area.
+ Set-up, load/unload, and operate parts cleaners and equipment used to produce complex ceramic cores.
+ Prep, repair, and finish cores using hand tools, cutting machines, and automated inspection equipment.
+ Prep and assemble wax patterns; set-up, load/unload, and operate wax presses; prep and assemble wax trees.
+ Prep molds for dewaxing. Set-up, load/unload, and operate steam autoclaves and sintering furnaces.
+ Perform borescope inspections of molds.
+ Remove shells and gating from cast parts.
+ Perform alloy checks and surface finish measurements. Set-up, load/unload, and operate heat treating furnaces.
+ Grit blast parts.
+ Conduct airflow and waterflow tests.
+ Perform manual post-cast finishing operations. Inspect & certify own work and document as required.
+ Responsible for following all safety protocols
+ Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to improve quality and product flow
+ Keep work areas and equipment clean and operating safely. Participate in and own EHS initiatives
Qualifications
+ High School Diploma/GED
+ 1-3 years manufacturing experience
The starting pay for this position is $25.97 per hour. The top rate for this position is $29.19 per hour. This position is also eligible for a Night Shift Bonus of $1.00/hour. All COLA and General Wage Increases are negotiated.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily processing activities for the C & I loan portfolio, ensuring all deadlines are consistently met with efficiency.
Audit new loans to verify data entry in the McCracken loan servicing system aligns with official documentation.
Review rate change reports to confirm receipt of interest rate resets from loan agents.
Monitor loan commitments to ensure the database accurately reflects current borrowings and available funds.
Examine system interest adjustments to validate accuracy of loan-level interest receivables.
Observe key general ledger clearing accounts daily.
Prepare management reports, including commitments, loan activity, delinquency, and yield metrics for the receivable portfolio.
Track delinquencies each day and promptly report overdue loans to management.
Provide requested information to internal and external regulators and auditors.
Develop and revise procedures for new and existing tasks as necessary.
Test upgrades to the McCracken system and run diagnostic reports to identify potential data anomalies.
Communicate with loan agents to collect interest rate, payment, and delinquency details.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
SKILLS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree is required.
4 + years of experience servicing Commercial & Industrial (C&I) loans.
Demonstrated expertise in a range of commercial and industrial loan products, such as sovereign guaranteed loans, revolving credit facilities, pre-export financing (PDP) facilities, term loans, loan participations, and receivables financing.
Experience with McCracken and IBS loan servicing systems is advantageous.
Advanced analytical capabilities are essential.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal abilities.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite Products.
Must demonstrate initiative in following up with clients regarding complaints, inquiries, or requests.
Meticulous attention to detail coupled with robust organizational skills.

Description
We seek an experienced claims professional to join our growing FAIRCO team in our New York City office. FAIRCO is a subsidiary of TransRe Holdings, a Berkshire Hathaway company. As a member of FAIRCO, the Complex Claims Examiner will be responsible for adjusting Professional & Management Liability claims, with opportunities for experiences with other FAIRCO programs. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Managing and adjusting primary and excess Professional & Management Liability claims, including private and public company, Directors and Officers, lawyers liability, accountants liability, financial institutions, cyber, employment practices and miscellaneous professional liability.
Proactively handling claims throughout the entire claim lifecycle from inception to resolution.
Analyzing policy coverage and drafting coverage analyses based on contract terms and claim details.
Evaluating liability and damages to determine the level of exposure to the insured and the policy.
Directing and closely monitoring assignments to defense counsel and experts in accordance with relevant guidelines.
Collaborating with underwriters, brokers, program partners, and insureds to ensure seamless claims resolution.
Traveling to and attending claims mediations, as required.
Developing and implementing claims handling strategies to mitigate risk and reduce claim expenses.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Extensive experience litigating or handling issues pertaining to complex Professional & Management Liability issues, with a focus on Directors and Officers coverage.
Experience leading mediations for Professional & Management Liability claims.
Experience evaluating coverage under various types of policies, drafting coverage correspondence, and participating in claims investigations.
Track record of effectively managing defense counsel and legal spend, assessing liability and financial exposure, and effectively negotiating cost effective, good faith claims resolutions.
Juris Doctorate preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for mediations, industry conferences, and client meetings.
Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a New York and other state adjuster's licenses.
Work Schedule
TransRe is supportive of an agile work schedule, which may differ based on individual roles, your local office's practices and preferences, marketplace trends, and TransRe's business objectives. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office per week, and 2 days remote.
Compensation
In addition to base salary, for this position, TransRe offers a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and incentive pay opportunity. The anticipated annual base salary range in New York for this position, exclusive of benefits, paid time off, and incentive pay opportunity is $140,000 - $180,000. This range is an estimate, and the actual base salary offered for this position will be determined based on certain factors, including the applicant's specific skill set and level of experience.
