WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Lead the Performance platform across Running, Training, and Swimming, delivering athlete-tested, consumer-ready product.
Identify gaps and opportunities within the current product line and develop solutions aligned with consumer insights, emerging trends, and business objectives.
Translate ideas into design concepts and silhouettes with deep consideration for fit, functionality, construction, and material systems.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Apparel or Fashion Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years of relevant apparel design experience, with required experience in performance apparel.
Proven track record of commercialized performance products, with innovations successfully transitioned to downstream partners.
Strong leadership presence, with the ability to guide design direction and influence cross-functional teams.
DESIGN, MATERIALS & TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
Advanced knowledge of performance apparel manufacturing, including construction methods, technologies, silhouettes, fit, material integration, graphics, and finishes.
Deep materials expertise, including performance attributes, weights, drape, fiber content, finishes, textile treatments, trims, and material science.
Hands-on ability to elevate design through physical and digital prototyping, including iterative concept development and testing.
Experience with wear testing and leveraging athlete and consumer insights to inform design decisions.

Design Expertise
Leverage Photoshop expertise for advanced photo retouching, compositing, color correction, and visual enhancements aligned with WWE's brand identity.
Assist senior team members in adapting approved creative across marketing campaigns, packaging, live event assets, and digital platforms while protecting brand integrity.
Licensing Oversight
Manage and enforce style guides across licensing programs, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the visual representation of WWE brands and characters.
Partner with licensees and licensors to review creative submissions, manage comments, assist all internal stakeholders, provide feedback, and approve artwork for brand compliance.
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with Project Management, Production, and vendor partners to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery of brand-compliant assets.
Act as the creative liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners, and licensees, facilitating approvals and maintaining brand standards.
Stay up to date with WWE programming, characters, and storylines to ensure alignment between creative direction and brand strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-driven creative leadership and design excellence.
