Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, tooling, or molding environment preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD software (required). Knowledge of plastic materials, molding processes, and tooling design principles (preferred). Familiarity with mold design, construction, and maintenance is a plus. Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and design control. Experience with root cause analysis and tools such as DOE, 5 Whys, FMEA, or DFMEA beneficial. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Position Summary: Will serve as the primary technical resource for customers, distributors, and internal sales teams. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to HVAC motors and systems, provide product recommendations, and ensure our clients receive top-tier technical assistance. Salary Range: 70,000-80,000, Based on qualifications Responsibilities: Provide on-site (50% travel) and remote engineering design and technical support to assigned customer base. Able to relate to all levels of both customer production facilities and 3PL warehouse organizations. Preferred Qualifications: Motor manufacturing and applications, and HVAC application experiences are big pluses. Good computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC operations. Willing and able to perform physical work, i.e., lifting, bending, handling and testing motors up to 20 lbs., walking through plants and warehouses, etc. Flexible schedule to allow after business hour work. Good driving record Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work effectively with different cultures. Prior experience involving complex test issues & systems; Ability to troubleshoot and find root cause independently. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in engineering field, preferably in direct customer support, motor manufacturing and applications, or HVAC application area. Experience with test instrumentation and test & measurement equipment. Additional Details: Provide on-site (50% travel) and remote engineering design and technical support to assigned customer base.
